  - Conduct routine wet chemistry tests for pharmaceutical product analysis.- Conduct HPLC experiments, identification test (ID), system suitability test, assay, content uniformity (CU), blend uniformity (BU), related compound (RC), degradation products (DP), test on raw materials/in process materials/finished products/stability testing as per USP monograph.- Perform routine drug substances and drug product test using instrumental techniques such as HPLC, FTIR, UV-vis, Karl fisher, PH meter. - Perform test on USP dosage units to determine hardness, friability, viscosity, uniformity of dosage units and limit tests to identify the heavy metals and inorganic impurities contents.- Perform dissolution tests to prepare dissolution profile of USP for immediate/delayed release tablets in single/multiple points media and pooling technique.- Perform method validation using HPLC and wrote validation protocol and report- Preparing various reagents and solutions including TS (test solution), VS (volumetric solution), HPLC mobile phase and dissolution media.- Perform and documented analysis of raw materials,in-process and finished products according to USP and in-house method/protocols.
