Nilce is incredibly smart, dedicated, and just an absolute joy to be around. She and I worked together for about a year, and although we managed different departments, she was always a team player and willing to help anyone who needed it. I was most impressed with how Nilce always took the time to mentor her employees. She taught them how to do things the right way, and most importantly, how to be part of the team. She set high expectations for her department, but always led with kindness. Nilce possesses every attribute required for success, and she will be an asset to any organization.

Nilce is a remarkable scientist, manager and person. I worked with Nilce for more than 2 years and never saw her without a smile and a great attitude, even when we faced really tough challenges as a company that demanded a lot from everyone. Nilce designed the complete layout of our QC lab, worked with the architects and contractors to ensure every part of the layout functioned properly on paper and then oversaw the installation of all shop equipment and cabinetry. In the end, we had, without a doubt, one of the best lab operations in the industry thanks in large part to Nilce’s attention to detail. Nilce assembled a great staff of lab techs and brought them together as a cohesive team. She sets high standards and trains her people in how to achieve them and advance their skill sets in the process. It was an honor to work with Nilce and I am certain that, wherever she goes, the company smart enough to hire her has gained a key asset for their success.
