Nilce is incredibly smart, dedicated, and just an absolute joy to be around. She and I worked together for about a year, and although we managed different departments, she was always a team player and willing to help anyone who needed it. I was most impressed with how Nilce always took the time to mentor her employees. She taught them how to do things the right way, and most importantly, how to be part of the team. Nilce designed the complete layout of our QC lab, worked with the architects and contractors to ensure every part of the layout functioned properly on paper and then oversaw the installation of all shop equipment and cabinetry.
