My job requires me to help the full-time management team with any instructed tasks. Every semester I am put in charge of scheduling Kitchens Guest Services employees in the Shiftplanning/ Humanity program. I am also tasked with conducting and executing a plan for on-the-job training. During the semester I am tasked with managing employees- Drivers and Dining Room Keepers- while respecting their person inside and outside the venue. I also conduct monthly meetings with my entire team to establish common grounds of regulations and retrain specific tasks.
