  Athens, Greece Nikos' main activity over the last 25 years is to manage ISON. Further, Nikos has led, participated or evaluated several transnational projects funded by the EC, aiming at the development of Human Potential, combating unemployment and developing Entrepreneurship. During that period he has been also the coordinator in a variety of projects for the Greek Ministries of Employment, Interior, Foreign Affairs, Education and Health, as well as for public institutions such as Hellenic Air Force & Hellenic Police, and for nonprofit organizations: American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, Hellenic Banking Association, WelfareAction, etc. Nikos is co-founder and Head of the Centre for Career Guidance, which has trained hundreds of graduate level Career Counselors & Coaches and offers career services both to individuals and institutions. In this context he is offering Mentoring and Coaching services to business leaders, and has been given by the EC the honorary title of Mentor of Women's Entrepreneurship. Since 2004 he is Consultant to the Board of the Institute of Career Guidance and Counseling. Currently, he is Vice President of the Board of the European Association for Career Guidance. Before founding ISON, Nikos was partner and manager of MicroPsychometrics Ltd. He got this position after working as client service executive & statistics expert in HTC S.A. This appointment followed a seven year long career in geological prospecting, which started in Greek Helicon Bauxites S.A. right after his graduation. Nikos got his B.Sc. from the School of Natural Sciences, Aristotle University, and continued with postgraduate studies in economics as a Ph.D. candidate, and applied statistics, obtaining his M.Sc. from the University of Leeds.
