The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) awarded a tasking Grant to the NKUA related to the Harmonisation of food consumption and food composition data of the EU-MENU project. More specifically, my work includes the following activities: Administration and analysis of dietary data that have been recently collected from the states members as well as data of food consumption based on the EFSA European comprehensive food consumption database.
