Nikole and I have worked together in mentorship for the Tippie College of Business BizEdge Mentoring Program and are coworkers at Hy-Vee's Customer Service for almost a year now. When Nikole is handed a task, she is determine to get it done with the best quality work. I admire her willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt. Along with being adaptable she is very encouraging and supportive when it comes to team work and being an efficient leader. I'm excited to see how she will continue to grow as a leader!
