I had the good fortune to be Nikolaos's assignment leader during his FMP rotation at GE Artesia Bank, where he was an integral member of the controllership team. Nikolaos excelled during his rotation at GE Artesia, at the time a recent acquisition to GE, based in the Netherlands. The assignment was extremely beneficial for his experience dealing with differing cultures, work styles and languages. Nikolaos would often lead meetings and initiatives in my stead within the controllership team, where he clearly displayed leadership and inclusiveness traits.
