Nicolai Thrane
Nikolaj worked under me as an intern at the Regional Grundfos Singapore office to assist with his marketing perspective on the Global Grundfos Service Project. Through his initiative and with my approval he investigated possible areas for expansion in the south-east Asia region to assist in helping Grundfos becoming a Global service provider. In doing this he persistently and carefully gathered both primary and secondary data from the surrounding countries/markets for deeper academic analysis. The final product of his efforts was in the form of a detailed 50-page report presented to me in its essence regarding where who, when and how to target potential Grundfos customers in the region. This product also contained important findings on externalities, future possibilities, threats and unique market specific findings. Most if not all of this was under Nikolajs own directive and responsibility and to great satisfaction.
