-I am part of the underwriting team which in FY20/21 delivered the best WA results in the history of DUAL Australia. -I have been looking after the SME portfolio since February 2020 (financial lines mainly Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber Liability; Accident & Health as well as Resource Liability). -I am a hardworking individual who doesn’t mind staying overtime to finish allocated work-I’ve been the Charity Champion for the Perth office since I started working for DUAL in 2019. I am very proud of the Perth team especially as FY20/21 was our most active year in terms of sustainability and charitable initiatives. On top of each member taking part in many charitable events, this year the Perth office was able to receive 5,000 GBP for Youth Focus Charity-I am listed as the main contact person for WA based brokers assisting them with any queries in relation to DUAL's new system Webrater 2.0-I am also part of the 1800 hotline number that was created for brokers nationally for queries related to Webrater 2.0 -I have been on the committee of Young Insurance Professionals Network WA since 2019, organising educational or social events for the insurance community in Perth

DUAL Australia is an SME insurance business with over 90,000 policies transacted annually, and with over 8,500 individual insurance brokers spread across the country. My contribution to the success of this great company involves fully supporting underwriters and brokers through the processing and administration of policies. I ensure this is always done in a timely and accurate manner, and exceeding my performance metrics. I am an investigator and a problem solver, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. My success in the role can be attributed to my dedication to process and process improvement, combined with good technical and relationship building skills. I'm very proud to be a part of Dual, the largest independent underwriting agency in Australia.

IPSOS is the world's fourth-largest market research agency with annual revenue exceeding $2 billion. Positioned within the Reputation Centre in the London office, my job was to manage a team of 25 executive interviewers stationed across the UK, collecting primary data for a number of key company projects. My role required me to work with important stakeholders such as Directors, business leaders and Members of Parliament and key 'global brand' clients. Excellent organisation and time management skills were necessary to succeed in this role, as I was often working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines for my project delivery. ACHIEVEMENTS - Fully revamped the fieldwork processes of three projects within the first three months of employment resulting in faster and smoother delivery of completed surveys and, as a result, rewarded with a promotion. - Full responsibility for launch and management of fieldwork for the department's most profitable project - 'Key Influencer Tracking' studies. - Coordinated surveys with key stakeholders and industry & government VIPs such as UK Members of Parliament (MPs), Welsh Assembly Members, business leaders and journalists. - Worked with key 'global brand' clients such as an oil company, beer brewer and a credit card provider. - Successfully delivered on all projects including working on up to four projects concurrently. - Implemented all GDPR requirements.
