Nikola is a delight to work with, and an extremely skilled facilitator and communicator. Nikola approached us at the New Citizenship Project with a proposal to work together on her Master's dissertation, which we were keen to support. From the early conversations, Nikola demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of her own area of research and how it linked with our field of work, and she proactively sought further conversations and resources to build understanding of new topic areas that came up. Nikola made everyone in the team feel very comfortable through an interview process which provided insight ahead of a full-day workshop which she delivered for our team. Facilitating a group of facilitators is never easy, but Nikola designed a session that was energetic, interesting and novel, and facilitated the group towards outputs that benefitted both our business, and her research aims. Throughout the project, Nikola kept us informed of key milestones and timings, gathered input from the whole team and communicated her academic findings in a way that was digestible. I very much recommend Nikola as someone who is highly motivated, and can deliver a project in a collaborative and efficient manner.
