As a co-founder of Optimal Symmetry and Ecliptic Capital, Nik recruited, hired, trained, and managed a dynamic team who have each consistently added value to our startup screenings and evaluations. To accomplish this, he built out an innovative hiring process, which produced candidates of a much higher quality than any of us had expected the positions to attract. He led this team, lacking consulting experience other than his own, to deliver a year-long strategic planning engagement for a Fortune 500 client, frequently involving concurrent projects for separate groups within the company. In addition to his management of our insights practice, I've often relied on Nik’s support in advising our startup portfolio.
