  Collaborated within a location free 5-person team distributed across 4 countries to design and implement APIs for the LiquidVoting service. Additionally, I led our project-management reorganisation. - Wrote production code for both APIs and micro services: the stack is Elixir, GraphQL and Postgres, dockerized and deployed on a Kubernetes cluster. - Reviewed and refactored large portions of the pre-existing code to reduce coupling, elevate cohesion and improve maintainability. - Mentored a junior engineer, resulting in an immediate increase in output quality and quantity.
