The culture was characterized by being a public and international company (8 countries). Group language was English • At my start in 1997 K-rauta AB had 1 store and we were 5 persons at Head Office. The turnover was about 50-100MSEK and apprx 100 employees. When I ended in 2010 the company had 20 stores, 70 persons at Head Office and a turnover of approximately 2 billion SEK and 1,000 employees. A huge journey! • Worked as an Accountant for 3 years, Reporting Manager for one year and Financial Manager for 9 years. • Directly reported to the Swedish CEO and dotted line to Financial Director at the Rautakesko Division in Finland. • Directed staff responsibility in Sweden for 7-12 employees during the period (varied over time), as well as 20 Store Controllers who reported to me from stores (dotted line) • Investment assessments of acquisitions and trading venues • Establishment and implementation of administrative procedures - both business and administration (Financial Manual, HR Manual, Store processes Manual and In store Logistics manual).
