Niklas has a good sence for market needs. Niklas is good in developing a product portfolio and position the company and choose which part of the market one should target and how to target these segments. Further, is he good in specify what one need to develop in order to fullfill the product strategy. Niklas is good in building up a brandstrategy and communicate this through market material, homepage, ads and exhibitions! He has a broad experience in developing marketing material as well as being responsible for exhibitions within industrial equipment (Hanover Messe, SPS Nürnberg etc). He is excellent in expressing product values and benefits in an easy and understandable way for the customers, either oral or in market material such as product pamphlets, sales & product presentations! He is also very good in training internal sales, distributors, partners etc in product values and application/segment benefits. He is good in sales, listen to the customer and understand the customer needs and theirby able to offer the customer the right solution. Niklas is a wise, analytical and verbal person. He is also a doer. He has my greatest respect!

Niklas started, as the strategist he is, directly to design the product's future and the road ahead. This led to a marketing manager position and now he was all of a sudden my manager! Niklas is a strategist, focused and stubborn as sin! He is the kind of person who, through insight, realizes a limitation and does something about it.
