I have had the pleasure of knowing Niklas for a long time. We started working close together when NSN was established. Niklas lead the post merger change and was part of the HR LT. He then started the Organization development function and managed key parts of our employee engagement programs during the turnaround years. That was when he introduced applied neurosciences to Nokia. We worked close together when Alcatel-Lucent was integrated to Nokia and Niklas lead the change and culture integration. Culture transformation in Nokia has been a major part of his job when he reported to me as the head of People and Organization development. Niklas is a person who can lead global change programs with an strategic point of view and at the same time be innovative to new developments in the field of people management. If you need someone or advice of someone who can combine these different fields of expertise and skills, someone who brings up different angles and perspectives, adds out of the box thinking and finds the right enablers by being fully people focused and can establish and translate that into the right frame and communication to bring your company forward - its Nicklas!
