For roughly one year, I have worked together with Nikki as a student assistant for Maastricht University. Nikki was the first person whom I'd meet in the team, and she welcomed me with open arms. Throughout my first month, she helped me with the procedures regarding events planning and welcomed every question I possibly could think of. Even though we held the same position in our work, Nikki always embraced additional opportunities with great enthusiasm and grew to support many additional activities in the University, such as the Dies Natalis and the Cybersymposium. I found Nikki to be a reliable, hard-working and dedicated student, who was always open to share her enthusiasm with others as well as innovate to come up with new ideas. Thank you Nikki!

Under the guidance of, and together with, Prof. Dr. Harry Hummels, I conducted research on the wellbeing of Dutch pension fund participants (future, currently saving, and beneficiaries). We included all pension funds (sector-wide) and are speaking to all kinds of experts and the participants themselves, to come to the core of wellbeing and needs of participants. All this is now compiled in a report published in december 2020 (see link). Additionally, I have written my thesis on the representation and participation of Generation Y in Dutch pension funds (graded 8/10). Show less
