The projects focuses on methods such as ELISA, bactericidal assays, cell culture and micro-neutralisation assays to test volunteer sera for vaccine-induced antibody production. I am also involved in assay development. Additionally, I am involved in a number of GxP activities such as documentation setup and equipment qualifications.
