  Setting up of a new CP class. In this role I established a new class for children aged 4-5 to learn English in-line with the English National Curriculum. The cohort was a mix of nationalities with varying levels of English who were undertaking one afternoon a week of formal English learning. Their affiliation to a variety of French schools increased the importance of creating a safe learning environment for these children to feel secure and confident to develop their speech and language skills and engage in an unfamiliar setting with unfamiliar peers.
