The acquisition of PPI expands the defoamer product line and provides a platform for large scale distribution and toll processing.Nottingham Company (Atlanta, GA) - Acquired with PPI in January 2015 - Nottingham Company is the Southern arm of Performance Process. Located in Atlanta, GA, Nottingham is the new platform for AMS to service additional markets and extensive tolling services.Applied Material Solutions (AMS) Headquarters (Elkhorn, Wisconsin) - AMS corporate center is located at Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Currently AMS produces the Keramax product line at this location.AMS (Burlington, Wisconsin) - AMS has just acquired a new facility for the expansion of defoamer and silicate processing.
