Nikki joined us as an intern during her summer break after her first year in university. She was willing to step out of her comfort zone and attempt new tasks assigned, ask questions and clarify any doubts hindering her from fully understanding the task at hand. Coupled with her friendly demeanour and never say die attitude, Nikki has been a great addition to the HR team during her 2 months internship. Some key tasks she has done: • Assisted in cleaning job descriptions based on the competencies identification exercise done. • Assisted in cleaning organization charts. • Set up a MS Form and automating approval process via Power Automate. • Prepared insights to share the different types of LinkedIn pages that will feature company’s branding and recruitment purposes. • Assist in phase 1 of Total Company Training Plan preparation. • Liaised with external vendors for purchasing of corporate gift sets for talent development program. • Assisted in organizing Legal, CSEG & HR team bonding day. • Wrote thematic articles for Workplace postings.
