  Various sorts of different microbiology/virology-related activities with a focus on dsDNA phages that you can read about in my papers. Training of undergraduates that want to do their thesis research regarding dsDNA phages. Further perfecting my rather wide skillset ranging from traditional micro- and molecular biology techniques to bioinformatics, working in both wet lab and dry lab.

  Mainly novel bacteriophage research with the goal of expanding the known phage diversity (isolation of phage-host pairs from environmental sources, novel phage characterization, WGS, genomics). Some other virology/microbiology research activities here and there without direct association with phages. Assisting with human WGS and WES data analysis from time to time as well.
