  Being the singular contact point for clients, sales, accounts, design, logistics and production once an order is confirmed. The work involves coordinating between the client and the various departments to ensure all decisions are taken and maintained in a timely manner, ensuring smooth execution of the clients order.  Coordinating with external agencies for peripherals such as fabrics, trims, curtains, cushions and any other add-on products or services that we offer the client as part of the order.  Ensuring all products are recorded and updated in our drawing and photography database prior to delivery in conjunction with the production team.  Documenting walk-ins, fulfilling inquiries, sending estimates to customers, maintaining enquiry files regular follow-ups and feedback.  Point of conversions, negotiating and closing orders in conjunction with management.  Coordinating and setting up meetings between key Customers and the managing partner.  Managing the after-sales service portfolio and coordinating the smooth and timely execution of any service issues.  Maintaining showroom stocks; coordinating with the warehouse to ensure there are no stock-outs.

Responsibilities:  Coordinating Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations and Administration for all 3 showrooms.  Responsible for high volume Purchases from European & American companies.  Overlooking imports and shipments & stock maintenance of warehouse & showrooms.  Coordinating with Vendors and our International logistics agents to ensure scheduled delivery of all shipments.  Overlooking administration of all showrooms and central warehouse.  Meeting Architects, Builders and Designers to supply furniture for high end residential, commercial projects and hotel contracts.  Interacting with the heads of all global brands we deal with.  Meetings with all department heads to look into their respective operations and implement changes for smooth and effective functioning of the organization.  Building personal rapport with our niche clients which includes HNI’s, socialites, Builders, Politicians etc and thereby networking to increase brand awareness and boost sales.  Training recruited staff.
