  Software development for scientific research. Main spheres - neural networks ensembling, time series classification and clustering, neural architecture search. Writing parts of scientific researches. Datasets analysis. My main project here is developing of a module for anomaly detection and recognition in time series data from industrial pipelines scanning. This module will be part of Fedot.Industrial framework. My tasks includes: - Managing the schedule of the entire development process because I work on this project almost single handedly. - Creating a pipeline-based architecture for the module - Researching and developing a method for data extraction from sets of time series. - Researching and developing different methods for anomaly zones search. - Researching and developing different methods for anomaly recognition - dataset- and clusterization- based ones mostly. - Creating a set of time series features for recognition of anomalies. - Writing documentation - Unit and integration tests for elements of the module - Creating datasets of anomalies - Creating test versions of interfaces and visualization. Resulted module has ~90% of accuracy in detection of critical anomalies and ~79% of accuracy in detection of heavy anomalies. Show less
