  Duties and Responsibilities : · Provide the cutting length of the reinforcement bars used in the structural elements in the building. · Give the line and level for the execution of different works such as formworks, bricks works and different elements in building construction. · Work in the foundation of about 4meter from the plinth level creating cofferdam like structure with the help of cgi sheet to protect backflow of cotton soil present in the site. · Piling work including execution and removal of it from the boundary wall area. · Prepare the DPR(Daily Progress Repor) of the site work. · Review all the architectural drawings and structural drawings to obtain the actual layout of those values on the field. · Work on auto cad to obtain exact dimensional values to execute it on the field. · Manage the labour on different works at site and maintain the labour detail checking the work carried out by them to ensure cost effectiveness of the overall project. · Coordinate with suppliers and keep the record of materials used in the site. · Deal with the client and provide any amendments in the architectural design as the design was finalized in the hurry to start the project which caused many changes at the beginning and during the project time. · Evaluate the materials to be delivered in site and calculate the running bill to be presented to the client. · Prepare the work schedule for carrying out day to day construction work with proper management of workers. · Regularly update the progress report to the project manager to ensure the completion of the work on time and also discuss the problems and possible remedies to those issues. · Maintain the quality of works and ensure the works done was up to the standards by designing quality control plans. · Ensure the concreting is done in required strength as per drawings and specifications given.   Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain the quality of work following proper methods of work execution and mix design. Review all the drawings provided for execution and report its site condition if incase any amendment has to be done according to site conditions. Analyze architectural, structural, electrical and sanitation drawings issued for construction and recheck the bar bending schedules, location, and sizes of different rooms, electrical wiring, pipe layout done in the site. Work in AutoCAD for the exact dimensional detail for cross-checking the works executed on the site.
