  - Lead designer in Creative Services group responsible for creative direction, updating and maintaining company-wide marketing material and corporate presentations, and overseeing development and production of marketing tools for insurance agents, consumers, policyholders and internal staff. - Helped build a Creative Services Department from the ground up, resulting in a high-functioning in-house production team. Also help manage the in-house production team and oversee all design work, in charge of all graphic creation and implementation for multiple company websites, and help direct all graphic visuals for company Social Media platforms while working closely with the Senior Social Media Specialist and Senior Communications Specialist. - Helped develop and continue to maintain brand identity guidelines and graphic standards, and serve as main contact person for company logo usage inquiries. Provide quality control pertaining to concepts, projects and presentations, recommending improvement while adhering to all corporate guidelines. - Oversee execution and creative direction for all advertising and branding efforts, while directly managing contracted print, advertising and production vendors for the company as a whole and for sub-brands or internal programs. - Responsible for success and completion of company’s advertising campaign, assisting with creative direction and serving as point person for trafficking all campaign assets and deliverables across multiple channels of advertising.
