CSM 2007-2011 In 2007 joined the Client Service Team working on a portfolio of global clients with cross practice revenues in excess of £1 million each. Responsible for overall day to day services to ensure service level agreements were met. Successfully delivered and guided clients through legislative changes to ensure FSA compliance. Attended and led numerous client meetings and presentations which led to the successful retention of existing clients and obtaining new clients. Project managed various bulk exercises, such as scheme closures and redundancy exercises including project plan, budgets and timely delivery of statements and documents to clients and members. Reduced costs and generated extra revenue on various clients by streamlining processes and identifying out of scope revenue opportunities. Team Manager 2002-2007 Led a team of between 6 and 10 employees, servicing up to 30 clients of varying sizes with annual revenues from £10,000 to £250,000. Responsible for performance planning and development of staff. Produced relevant management information, including service level statistics against target, quality of team members' work, number of items of correspondence completed within a set timescale and further data analysis to show adherence to agreed service level agreements. Motivated team to deliver excellent customer service by instilling a strong sense of ownership and team work. Led the team to exceed performance targets, completing 100% of correspondence within service level. Project managed full automation of various scheme calculations, from test pack production to final programmed calculations, output and writeback. Pensions Administrator 1996 - 2002 Joined Mercer in 1996, progressing from junior to senior then principal administrator, becoming a team manager in 2002. Show less
