  We are business writing, training and documentation specialists. WritersInc is a small writing company that works with clients to make writing jobs easy - easy to write and easy to read. We work hard to ensure we add value to each project. We have a wealth of experience in all types of technical and training material. Recent clients I've worked with include: - A company who design and build electronic products for defence forces around the world. I have developed operator, maintenance and technical manuals in Word and MadCap Flare. The maintenance manuals require me to read assembly drawings and 3D images, and physically take the equipment apart to write instructions and take photos to show how to replace components. I've also assisted with developing classroom and eLearning training. - A franchise retail company – as well as writing various manuals and accompanying forms and letters, I also maintain their intranet. - Working with an IT company to develop an online documentation and eLearning portal using MadCap Flare. - Developing training material for everything from arborists, posties, biosecurity inspectors and refrigeration engineers. This includes PowerPoints slides, trainer notes, workbooks, quizzes, job aids, etc. - Writing SOPs for property services and security departments of large tertiary institutes, and for other organisations including government departments and agencies. - Developing MS Word templates for civil engineers, project managers, building reporters, HR specialists, and lawyers (amongst others). - Creating MS Word documents for graphic designers who have created great looking documents in InDesign. - Reviewing / writing proposals. - Developing safety briefing cards and load training for an airline. - Developing Health and Safety documentation, emergency flipcharts and safe work practices for various companies.
