Marek Nowakowski
I first met Niki in 2015 when we partnered with Pearson to be exclusive distributors for Central & Eastern Europe that Niki had developed since 2010. He embraced the change and collaborated with us enthusiastically in order to develop our strategic partnership, providing dedicated initial and ongoing training and support to our representatives and customer services team. Over the years he developed strong and effective relationships throughout our team and continually shared best practices to achieve results. Niki was always very customer focused, traveling extensively across the territory and displayed great knowledge of the complex schools markets in the region. Niki is a self driven individual who continually won new business, broke into new markets whilst nurturing and developing existing relationships to maximize each and every opportunity. A good communicator with a lot of character and excellent interpersonal skills he was well respected by both his customers and colleagues and will be sorely missed by us all. An all-round performer who will be an asset to his next employers.
