Aaron Arnoldy
It was really a pleasure to work with Nikhil. He originally got involved with Encite focused on a specific research project, but when we saw how well he did we began looking for ways to expand his role. He soon became a key part of our team, and handled everything he ended up working on very well. He is the type of person you just know will come through and do it well. Some points that stand out about Nikhil: He is particularly good at taking on ambiguous issues or challenges and breaking them down to conclusions and actionable steps. He’s a strong communicator, both verbal and written. He demonstrated the attention to detail and discipline sometimes necessary to work through the more tedious tasks, and the intellectual dexterity to also provide input on higher-level issues. Nikhil is simply exceptional. He joined Encite Capital during its early days, when many aspects of our startup were in flux. With his even keeled demeanor, he managed this ambiguity and change well. Nikhil took on a variety of projects while working with Encite, including analytical, program development, and business development roles.
