      Designed Process Layouts for Tool Room and saved 4.62 m2 Area to add another Fully Automated Die Set Storage Machine (Kerosal).Worked on Reliability of Die Sets and found the top reasons for the breakage of Punches in Die Sets by use of Pareto Chart.Did Reverse Engineering of a Grinding Wheel and created an AutoCAD Drawing from it.Created a Lead Time Reduction Sheet for 5 Die Sets which reduced time taken for the maintenance of those Die Sets by one hour each.
