Do all the duties assigned by Project Director Recruitment according to the project requirement, as per the Organization chart approved by the client. Preparation and submission of respective documents to get NOC from govt. Authorities. Conduct final QA checking for all outgoing documents to make sure that all documents issued by the company are up to company standards. Update the tracking log for client correspondences and remind the concerned departments about the due dates of submissions. Maintain and update the database and original hard copies. Maintain the documents and drawings in the document control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easily traceability. Assisting in the management, implementation, and administration of the company’s electronic document management system (EDMS). Implementing the project filing system as per ISO and IMS requirements. Comply w/ policies, guidelines & strategies laid down by the Company to achieve the objectives Listening to Client requirements and coordinate with the Execution team. Coordinate with 16 sub- contractors Preparation of status report (MSRA, RFI , NOC, Material Submission) Coordinate with all departments for Monthly progress report (QHSE, QAQC,Contracts,Administration,Site) coordinate with manpower & Heavy equipment suppliers. Responding to incoming emails and phone queries Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations Negotiating on BOQ with suppliers and managers Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions Creating detailed proposal documents Liaising with suppliers to check the availability of materials.
