  AME Production : - Working on Program C130J (Final Assembly), Undergoing Going through training & getting deeply understanding the various constraints of Manufacturing Processes, tools, tools calibration, various types of documentation such as (Manfacturing Instructions Sheet),(Supplement Instructions Sheet),(Rework Instructions Sheet) which helps completing the task or job card with appropriate standard followed by customers. Maintaining standardized procedure for various tools and equipment to keep it 5S Standards and F.O.D Prevention for better Maintenance/Manfacturing Practices. Understanding of different Operation Manuals (OIL,ROIL,SOIL) With the help this documents, changes in Manfacturing Practices and modifications, Repair of Aircraft Structure, for snags and NC has been rectify here & Accountability for all information which helps final delivering aircraft to the customer.

  I have worked there as ON JOB TRAINEE on AIRBUS A320 NEO & A320 CEO SA Aircrafts. During that period I involved in Transit inspection, Layover inspection, Weekly inspection , Components Replacement, Snag rectification etc. During my Trainee period i have to got to learn lot many things Aircraft , Maintenance Engineering , Aircraft AMM & many more documents.
