  Tata AutoComp Systems Limited, Supply Chain Management: From Jan 2007 till date Senior Manager: Logistics & Key Account Manager Supply Chain Management was set-up as a division to meet component sourcing and logistics requirements of global automotive industry and to support supply chain requirements of TACO business units. The Accountabilities & Attainments: Responsible for all Export / Import Consignments SCM Division as well as TATA AutoComp Group Companies, like Interiors and Plastics Division, Ficosa, Hendrickson, Tata Toyo Radiators and Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited.Responsible for EXIM operations, documentations, Freight forwarding, Export Incentives & CHA Contracts for SCM division. Managing the day to day Exports with co-ordination with Freight Forwarders, shipping Lines & CHA`s. Responsible for SOP with logistics Service Providers. Also responsible for all Import Freight forwarding and CHA Contracts for TACO Group Companies. Various MIS report on ERP for reporting. Developed E-Learning EXIM Logistics module for training by Tata Autocomp for basic training & certification. SCM division has awarded with CII National Award – Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence (SCALE) awards along with award from IIMM Pune for best Logistics practices. Key Account Manager :Knorr Bremse: Visited Plants in Germany & France of Knorr Bremse to understand customer needs to achieve customer delight. Responsible for all logistics and commercial functions along with development of the business. TACO is Exporting to 8 Knorr bremse locations across the world. (France, Italy, Brazil, Germany, Czech Republic, China, Russia & USA) Release schedule to suppliers on monthly basis considering the manufacturing lead time, transit time from door to door based on customer requirements and also warehouse consignment stock management for Knorr Bremse France.
