The Eagle Academy Foundation (EAF) empowers at-risk inner city young men to become academic achievers, engaged citizens, and responsible men by providing quality education, resources and proven effective community-based initiatives to address the shortfalls in public education to effectively educate them. EAF supports a network of six all-male public schools in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, and Newark, New Jersey. Alumni Support Counselor are to assist seniors with the transition to college and career pathways and support alumni outreach. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and a student-centered approach to support. The Alumni Support Counselor primarily reports to the Director of Postsecondary Planning at their respective campus and the Alumni Support Program Manager.
