As a young office based account manager, Nik invested his time and effort in mentoring me before promoting me to a field based position. Nik never hesitated to help when asked and was always willing to share his years of knowledge and experience to help me and others succeed. Nik has an ability to take seemingly, any problem and turn it into an opportunity. Turning the problem on it's head and looking at it from a completely different perspective. In hindsight, I very much regret moving on to see if the grass was greener when in fact I had so much more to learn from a mentor I was lucky to have.
