Repackaging all repaired equipment to allow its resale. Receiving sample products from suppliers. Ensuring all sample receipt documentation is completed accurately. Making sure that the product is photographed, measured, inspected and tested fully to company standards and that a product specification sheet and report is produced for the directors and distribution department. Checking original sample specification against sample test results to ensure accuracy and where possible reporting any discrepancies back to the supplier for them to find a solution. Monitoring any recurring faults on equipment and leasing with suppliers and manufacturers to rectify the fault.
