Regular pastoral ministry to 2 comprehensive and 10 infants and primary Schools, including pastoral care for the teaching staff in crisis situations. Governor of various schools between 1977 - 2005. Member of many local government, Church and NGO agencies (83-2005). Pastoral role at the Women's Refuge in Basildon 1984-2007 Initiated and chaired link meetings of local charities for exchange of information and ideas and for mutual support 1992- 98.
