I was leading an extensive vetting process for HSE software when I met Nigel. It was refreshing to work with a company representative who knew his products in and out and was also very in tune with HSE tech's competitive landscape. We had a very open and honest dialogue about what my company needed and my best fit solution. In the end, we went a different direction with our software purchase. 2 years later, however, the original solution did not work out, and Nigel was the first and only vendor I approached again to re-open conversations. While the product he sold was impressive, it was Nigel's knowledge, openness, and honesty that drew me back to the table. We picked up where we left off, and I received the same service I had when we first met, and we continue our relationship today.
