  As Head of Forex Trading I was responsible for globalising JPMIM's worldwide trading requirements into the London office and turned the pure execution desk into a proprietary Trading Desk with annual trading turnover of $400bn. As the main liaison with Forex Overlay, Bond and Equity Portfolio Managers, I was responsible for guiding their decisions with regard to spot, forward and derivative Forex markets. I directed the global merger of client accounts and rectified historical outstanding settlement claims and was responsible for designing the internal Trading Desk operating system.

  During my time at Barclays I initially held the position of Interest Rate Short Date Trader and then served on several internal and external client sales desks. I was made intra-day head of a Corporate Sales Desk which achieved historic top sales numbers through deals involving foreign exchange, interest rate and derivative products. As a key member of the management team I was requested to give external interest rate client seminars upon request. I was finally transferred to the Spot Trading desk running the BEF, NLG and FFR books prior to being headhunted to join JIMIM.
