  I am Head of Practice of Anthony Harper's Banking, Finance and Insolvency Division. I provide banking law advice to banks, corporate borrowers, consumer lenders and finance companies. My work includes preparation and negotiation of loan and security documents, due diligence reports for lenders, regulatory compliance, legal opinions (including foreign law legal opinions for foreign banks and law firms), capital raising (including public offers and NZX compliance).
