      I established an Internal Audit (IA) and consultancy shared service between RSLs including Valleys to Coast Housing, Merthyr Valleys Homes, Tai Tarian and Bron Afon Community Housing. In August 2019 Barcud Shared Services Limited was formed into a not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee, in a group structure with Astari Limited. Barcud continues to provide IA services to its Members, whilst Astari provides the same services to other organisations including United Welsh, Tai Ceredigion and North Devon Homes. Other services provided include risk management workshops and training, consultancy, information systems auditing, project management support and business continuity workshops / testing, to name but a few.
