• In my QA / QC role I was responsible for the maintenance of the quality management system and documentation to ISO 9001 accreditation. I set and measured key performance indicator figures and oversaw the successful transition from ISO9000:1994 to ISO9001:2000. • I was the point of contact between the company and customers on all matters of quality assurance– audits, complaints, etc. Gained much experience in dealing with pharmaceutical and medical device companies. • Over time my responsibilities increased. I took charge of warehouse management, stock control and dispatch. Over one 2 year period I was successful in reducing stock levels by €40,000. • As part of the production team I had responsibility for scheduling and supervising personnel.
