starting september,2000 EC Under the supervision of Chief Accountant I have been responsible to the following duties: • Assist in dissemination of Grant related information to Programme program area and plan staffs who involved in grant management. • Attaché all grant Program out line account in the Grant tracking system (GTS) monthly before closing GL (general ledger) and work with Grant manager on out put maintenance in the GL/GTS system . • Ensure proper documentation of Grant files and reports sequentially. • Reconcile Grant expenditure between general ledger and grant tracking system every month. • Support grant project implementing units and partners with the necessary grant information. • Review grant expenditure against the grant agreement and allocated budget. • Prepare and submit donor financial reports on time as per the agree ment with donor/s. • Prepare grant financial statement for Audit as required. • Sort out grants which are on board for closing and /or needs special attention to inform to the stockholder on time Show less
