Todd is the embodiment of serenity. When he shared the Matrix Insights tool with various skeptics at Simon, no one could deny his awareness our needs as a business school. He did his homework, and engaged our group with a patience and curiosity that is refreshing in someone promoting their product. Instead of anything else, he was focused on our needs and pain points: from utility to implementation, and it made adoption of Matrix Insights much more fluid than it otherwise would've been. Outside of those public engagements, Todd is a consummate coach and supporter. His affable and understanding nature makes him a pleasure to know and to work with.
