  Since 2005, I co-founded the Fairstart Foundation to provide free, research based online training programs and instructor educations as blended learning online. In 20 languages for professional caregivers and leaders, available at www.fairstartfoundation.com. This foundation provides foster care and residential care systems all over the world with research based training programs in local languages, so far in 20. We recently also designed an international online instructor education for residential staff training on a platform from MIT and Harvard, and a similar education for the foster care version. The training programs at our site are open source and free of charge, and so far we educated the caregivers of 40.000 children and youth in 26 countries. We do this in 2-year cooperations with government agencies and major NGOs. Currently we develop programs for SOSChildren's Villages Denmark for Africa also in Swahili and Kinyarwanda, and 36 SOSV staff have been educated as instructors. They trained foster and kinship families hosting 2000 children. Child development demonstrated 20% in four months, evaluated by a five item questionnaire for foster and kinship parents trained. For Greenland government we educated 18 local teachers, group and school home staff with inuit language education, as well as foster care consultant instructors who train groups of foster families. We work from Denmark and worldwide, partnering with professional organizations and NGOs, creating early intervention programs online. I also educate special needs schools and institutions, youth prisons, foster and adoptive families, etc. I'm an adoption specialist for VISO (Danish state agency) advising social workers and counties in adoption cases.
