I learned Niels Damgaard Hansen to know in January 2011, when he started in a new role as head of quality for the Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning division. Key target was to build a new quality organization to improve product quality performance for the division. I reported to Niels until he got a new assignments approx. beginning of 2016.
