During my stay at the Career Tracks group of Vestas’ Global Learning Solutions department, I learned what it means to be part of an international organization which always strives at delivering the best result to its customers and clients. Throughout my employment I was responsible for facilitating meetings with employees all over the world; setting up workshops and learning programs, as well as translating and proof reading English/Chinese texts, surveys and contracts.
