I've had the opportunity to work with Niels Bille both as a District Manager and later as a Country Sales Manager where I reported directly to Niels - Managing Director for Gorenje Group Nordic Disregarding the role - I've always gotten good support. He listens, process and takes to the information, and executes on what we talk about. He has an analytical mind and interpret the surroundings in a clever way. Niels looks out for his employees at the same time he strives toward the achieving company goals. I warmly recommend Niels in any General Management role.
