I mentored and managed Nidhi during the Summer’22 Cohort at Up in the Chair. Nidhi is reliable, warm, open-minded, and a hard worker. She contributed to the cohort by creating numerous graphics, social media posts, and email campaigns and researched media outlets. Nidhi was employed by Up In The Chair as a Project Manager Intern for PR & Advertising from June 2022 to Aug 2022. Nidhi was responsible for creating graphics for social media, writing email pitches, making spreadsheets using Excel, making PowerPoint slides, and working with her team. Nidhi has excellent communication skills. In addition, she is extremely organized, reliable, and computer literate. Nidhi can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She can also work collectively with her peers in the cohort. She is flexible and willing to work on any project that is assigned to her.
