Lead application developer appointed primary developer on many business-critical applications. MAJOR PROJECTS Salesforce ► Created a responsive web application to view basic client information and to do conflict checking without the need for a Salesforce license. Conflict checking is needed to prevent large government fines due to auditing regulations. ► In charge of maintenance of the local instance of our Salesforce database. This includes the syncing of Salesforce data from the cloud to our local instance and maintaining/creating table indexes as needed. ► Developed a widely adopted restful web service to allow several corporate applications to use Salesforce data as needed. Budget and Forecasting ► Lead developer responsible for the replacement of the Business Objects budget and forecasting tool. ► Developed an integration scheduling tool using Host Analytics API. ► Created and controlled the nightly collection of data from more than 20 sources into the data warehouse. Time Accounting ► Created a time and task tracking employee tool. ► Created a web app to allow stakeholders to create self-service customized reports. Online Check Advice ► Created a responsive tool that allowed over 4,000 employees to view and print their pay stubs. Social Media and Data Mining ► Lead developer on an experimental research project with the goal of gathering updates on client information and news using social media and online news sources. ► Developed tools to mine data using Twitter, LinkedIn, and Yahoo Finance APIs. ► The tool created automatic and actionable alerts when certain criteria are met. For example, client stock price dropped 15% in one day. They declared bankruptcy, but CBIZ was able to create an active opportunity with the client to help restructure their debt. Show less

Primary .net software developer for the Audio Management, Verification, and Quality Assurance department. Infocision is a call center that placed and recorded close to a million phone calls a day. Operator quality and audio management were of top importance. MAJOR PROJECTS Audio ► Responsible for maintaining and creating tools for PCI compliance with approximately 1.5 million new audio files per day. ► Developed audio application to allow users to search through and play over 60 million audio files given any combination of 45 different search parameters. ► Created an archive system that currently warehouses over 600 million audio files. ► Setup harvest procedure for call audio after a call has been made. ► Created procedure to match audio to sales data. Verifications ► Created software to allow verifiers to update sales records and to confirm and correct credit card data. This software updated approximately 5,000 sales records a day. Communicator Quality ► Created several tools and reports in order to score and grade a communicator on performance based on sales as well as following rules and regulations. Tools included a scoring/testing application used to grade communicator performance on up to 10,000 calls per day. ► Created tablet-friendly versions to allow live scoring of calls. ► Developed a suite of reports and asp.net pivot grids to data-mine results.
